Who is the FULL you?
Ask yourselves this. Who do I want to be? What is my soul’s purpose? How can I let my best self shine? It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers. That’s why you’re here, right? You want to become the best version of yourself, but you may not know how. The FULL you is the person you’re meant to be. He or she is not held back by challenges, outside influences, or inner fears, but rather thrives because of them. And it’s actually the challenges that life throws at us that help us face our biggest fears and show our true strength, courage, and perseverance.
You are a unique individual with your own unique gifts and you are on a journey of understanding and figuring out who you are and you who you want to be. But you may be influenced by others’ expectations of who you should be rather than who you want to be. Other outside forces may include your family upbringing, your personality and temperament, as well as how you respond to the world around you. All of this shapes your circumstances in life, but it does not have to hold you back or define who you are. YOU can choose how you want to show up in the world.
Embodying the FULL you is an ongoing journey as you are continuously evolving over the course of your lifetime. It takes conscious awareness and an inner desire and commitment to become the best version of you.
The FULL you is an idea that actually came to me in 2020, while I was working with my own spiritual coach and mentor. But I first needed to experience trauma, loss, and a complete life transformation in order to be ready to share my services with the world. I needed to embark on my own journey with becoming the FULL me in order to help others become their FULL selves. I needed to experience the biggest awakening of my life and a complete spiritual shift, in order to find my soul’s purpose. I am finally ready to face my fears, own my truth, and be authentically, unapologetically me.

Tarra has been practicing Naam Yoga since 2015 and was certified as a Naam Yoga teacher in 2016. Tarra created a yoga/meditation program at two corporate workplaces, Concentric Health Experience and GSW NY, as she wanted to bring practical holistic wellness tools to the corporate world in order to decrease stress and create a more balanced work environment. Naam Yoga, created by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, is a uniquely effective approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit. Learn more about Naam Yoga.
Tarra started her intenSati practice in 2017, and became an intenSati leader in 2020 in order to continue building upon her spiritual journey. intenSati, founded by Patricia Moreno, pairs high-energy cardio moves with positive affirmations. For more information about intenSati, click here.
In 2023, Tarra became certified as a Reiki practitioner in order to heal emotional and physical pain. Reiki, which originated in Japan in the 1920s by Mikao Usui, is a Japanese non-touch healing modality that helps release energetic blockages in our chakras (energy centers) to promote balance and healing. It is currently being used in over 800 hospitals in the United States.
