Embodying the FULL me

The journey to find my soul's purpose

My inner calling to evolve

It has always been an inner knowing...an inner calling that the one goal that truly mattered in life is being happy. But when I realized that I was often the one who got in the way of my own happiness, I knew something needed to change. And I knew the only way to evolve was to look inward and put in the work. Over the years, I have been working very hard on myself to rise above my biggest challenges, which include anxiety, perfectionism, and fear of failure. But my happiness has been impacted by the continuous pressure and responsibility I put on myself to achieve.

Psychodynamic/cognitive behavioral therapy, which people often refer to as "talk therapy", has been essential to my life from a young age, and it continues to help me understand myself and grow as a person. But it wasn’t until almost 10 years ago that I felt something was still missing. I continued to struggle with stress and anxiety, and I felt like I needed something more to help me evolve even further.

My spiritual awakening

My spiritual journey began in 2015 when I first discovered the practice of Naam Yoga after my closest friend was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I was blown away by the healing effect of this beautiful practice, especially coming from a pharmaceutical advertising background where western medicine was the norm. The uniquely effective wellness practice of Naam Yoga combines breathwork, sound (mantras), hand postures (mudras), and physical movements to help bring the mind, body, and spirit into harmony and balance. It is a truly miraculous, healing modality that I practice every day.

In 2016, I received my teaching certification for Naam Yoga, and decided to bring this beautiful practice into the workplace by creating a breathwork, meditation, and wellness program for my fellow coworkers. I felt that the stressful and fast-paced world of NYC pharmaceutical advertising was where it was needed the most. In 2020, I continued teaching Naam yoga at another advertising agency where I had the opportunity to offer this healing practice during the challenging and unpredictable times of the COVID pandemic. These transformational breathwork and meditation sessions served to be extremely calming and balancing not only for employees, but also for their children who had the opportunity to participate as well.

intenSati was the next step in my spiritual practice

I had the privilege of learning from one of the most inspirational spiritual gurus, Patricia Moreno, founder of intenSati, beginning in 2017. This unique spiritual fitness practice combines cardio moves with powerful affirmations to shift the mind, body, and spirit.

I knew I needed to share this life-changing practice with others by becoming an intenSati leader in 2020, and this training challenged me in every way possible. It tapped into my fears about performing in front of others and forced me to look at my ever-present need to be perfect. But intenSati is not about being perfect....it's about tapping into your vulnerabilities, pushing your boundaries, challenging yourself, and not letting fear get in the way of your dreams.

My biggest spiritual transformation

But it wasn’t until 2023 that I experienced my biggest spiritual transformation. Sometimes you need to have everything burn to the ground so that you can rise up from the ashes and become the best version of you. Going through a divorce, moving to a new state, losing my job, and experiencing chronic pain, forced me to do just that. I like to say that “the universe had big plans for me and so it created the opportunity and space to make it happen.”

At the end of 2023 after losing my job, I was feeling lost, confused, and at a crossroads. I was trying to heal the physical pain that had erupted in the midst of my emotional turmoil and in my search for relief, I found Reiki, a Japanese practice that uses non-touch energy healing. After a transformational retreat with 2 amazing teachers and healers, Jessica Prestia and Jacqueline Burbage, I decided to become a healer myself by becoming certified in Reiki 1 and 2 with Jessica Prestia, herself.

The FULL you is an idea that actually came to me in 2020, while I was working with my own spiritual coach and mentor. But I needed to experience trauma, loss, and a complete life transformation in order to be ready to share my services with the world. I needed to embark on my own journey with becoming the FULL me in order to help others become their FULL selves. I needed to experience the biggest awakening of my life and a complete spiritual shift, in order to find my soul’s purpose. I am finally ready to face my fears, own my truth, and be authentically, unapologetically me.

Now, let me help you find your soul's purpose so you can become the FULL you!
